Not satisfied with your computer skills? These courses could be what you need:

  • Computers: an introduction. For complete beginners. Learn how to switch on, use a mouse and find your way round the keyboard. An introduction to programmes and the internet. A 2-hour session each week, for 4 weeks. £20 with a minimum of 10 people.
  • Computers: develop your use of the internet. For those with a little knowledge. Learn some search techniques, social networking, shopping on line, emails and safe use. A 2-hour session each week, for 4 weeks. £20 with a minimum of 10 people.
  • Computers: desktop maintenance. For those with a little knowledge. Learn how to undertake some basic checking and ‘cleaning’ your computer systems. What to check for when things go wrong and before you go to an ‘expert’ for help. A 2-hour session each week, for 4 weeks. £20 with a minimum of 10 people.
  • PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, documents. 2-hour introductory session on each. Each session £5 with a minimum of 10 people.
  • Computers for the more advanced. For those with some knowledge. What is it you want to learn? What questions have you got? Let us know and we will try to organise a course or one-off session to fit your needs.
